Debii skiing the powder at Kelly Canyon this winter with, Heather, Mariah, and me.

Sweet tracks dude!

Me and Mariah on the scary chairlift at Kelly's with Heather and Debii in the chair behind us.

Fun times.

I skied the north face of Windy Peak on Friday with a few friends. We started at Palisades Reservoir and skied up to the top of the mountain. We then skied down and ended up just below the Lower Palisades Lake. It was a long day with lots of intense and at times scary skiing, but we had a lot of fun. The short vid shows what the entire descent was like...lot of falling off of things. Sometimes i'd land right, other times i'd make big holes in the deep powder.

This is Heather shreddin' the pow above the West Pine Creek Girls Camp a few weeks ago. This is her first year skiing. Pretty good, eh??

Here they go. UP! UP! UP! Dad and Doug took to the friendly skies. It was a beautiful, clear day. The plane did and awesome performance and so did the ever-so-rusty pilots.

When it's time to build a snow man, who do you call on?
"Papa" of course. KeeAra and Papa are having tons of fun.

Mikayla and Grandma spent the morning watching the birds come to the feeder. MiKayla, see if you can remember what kind of birds we saw. I got a great picture of Bob raiding the feeder.

TAKE YOUR PICK, GREAT WEATHER OR IDAHO.

We had great weather while in Texas. Coming home to 4 feet of snow in the front yard was a little overwhelming. Maybe, we should've stayed for a month and it would have given our driveway a chance to melt. But, we knew it would be yucky coming home.
San Antonio was good. We visited a couple of placed, like the Riverboat Ride and the Alamo. I think the riverboat was the best. We were suppose to stay at San Antonia for 3 nights, but we bagged it and went to Corpus Christi which we loved and enjoyed the ocean. We visited the USS Lexington, and we did a self tour. We both enjoyed that lots. We went to an aquarium that was lots of fun too. But the very best was spending a few hours at the Gulf of Mexico, enjoying the sand and surf.

You might NEVER see this again...Jason in a Tux... at a wedding.
No, hell hasn't frozen over, it's not OUR wedding.

This made me laugh. After Zack had finished shoveling the sidewalk and several of the neighbors driveways he started shoveling the street. This might be a sign that it's time to get the TV hooked up.

I finally got hooked up with internet at home. So, now I need to catch up on everything that's been going on for the last couple of months.

Uncle Dean schooling Mariah on the fine art of boarding at Kelly's

This is Mariah praying to the Mountain Gods... that Uncle Dean will leave her alone.

Thanks Mariah!! This is Uncle Dean right before he schooled Aunt Debbie. (Luckily there are no pictures of the Aunt Heather retrieving my skis from the bush I hit.)

If you watch the movie The Rocker you'll get the joke.

Here are some pic of the progress on the basement. Almost ready to start painting and laying tile on the bathroom. One bedroom is done and the other I just started working on the closet.
