So we did it! After months of preparing, the Race for the Cure 5k finally arrived and what an awesome experience! We had a beautiful morning to run and along with 18,000 other runner's and walkers we completed the 3.1 mile loop in just over 32 minutes! (It could have been shorter but getting 18,000 people moving is quite a task!) I was glad to have the opportunity to support an awesome cause and hopefully in some small way contribute to the efforts of finding a cure. Thank you to those who donated in my behalf and thank you to Deb, Zach, Ethan and Tylar for getting up at the crack of dawn and dealing with the crowds to hold up signs and cheer me on at the end!

WAY TO GO!!!! THAT IS WONDERFUL!!!
ON TO THE NEXT RACE.
Hey, that's pretty cool!
As an early teenager one of my most favorite events was when you clean out your closet and gave me the "hand-me-downs". This of course was back in the days of stretch pants and leggins. Sadly, the butt on those tight pants were always stretch out and too saggy on me. Much like the case with our hair, we've switched places. All I can say is...NICE BOOTY! You've worked hard, and those tight running pants prove it! I'm sooo proud of you and love you for inspiring me ALWAYS!
